Only a portion of a worksheet is printed due to set print area.
Cause:
This problem occurs because the worksheet contains a print area. When a print area is set, Excel prints only that area each time it prints.
Solution:
Select 'Print Area' from the 'File' menu to clear or reset the print area.
1) To clear the print area:
a) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Print Area'. (A submenu appears.)
b) Select 'Clear Print Area' from the submenu.
2) To reset the print area:
a) Select the new range of cells to be printed. (The range is highlighted.)
b) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Print Area'. (A submenu appears.)
c) Select 'Set Print Area' from the submenu.
